OUR HISTORY
Pro Modular was established
in January 2023 as a response to growing market demand for efficient and innovative solutions in construction.
The company’s founder, Mr Marcin Serkiewicz, after years of experience in managing international modular projects, decided to create an organisation that would
will combine the best practices
from different global markets.
From 2025, Pro Modular has expanded its business
with the production of fully equipped modular building systems
based on steel structures by setting up its own production facilities.
About the founder
Mr Marcin Serkiewicz
Founder and CEO
Marcin Serkiewicz is a Master of Law from the European School of Law and Administration in Warsaw and a graduate of Civil Engineering at Stratford Newham University in London.
He has many years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing diverse modular construction projects in global markets – USA, Canada, Europe and Asia. He is a certified specialist in project management (PMP) and Agile methodology.
His skills include strategic planning, relationship management, contract negotiation and procurement process management. Marcin is distinguished by his fluency in English, German and Spanish, which allows him to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
