Legal basis: the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1025 as amended), the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 683 as amended). Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.

Who has access to your personal data: Entities providing company accounting services, entities providing company legal services, authorised employees and contractors, entities transporting the product and providing payment services. We do not transfer your data outside of Poland/EU/European Economic Area.

How long we keep your personal data: we keep your personal data for a period of 6 years in order to recognise your claims or provide you with after-sales service.

Your rights, i.e. you have: The right to access your data and to receive a copy of your data, the right to rectify (amend) your data, the right to request erasure of your data, the right to request restriction of data processing, the right to object on grounds of particular situation, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to data portability.
