Privacy policy

1 The privacy policy applies to http://promodulargroup.com.pl/.

(hereinafter referred to as the “SERVICE”) operated by: PRO MODULAR Marcin Serkiewicz with its registered office in Chojnice at ul. Żeglarska 10 lok. 39, 89-600 Chojnice, NIP 5552009527 and REGON 524044693, hereinafter referred to as “ADMINISTRATOR”.

If you use the forms available on the SERVICE or send correspondence to e-mail:office@promodulargroup.com.pl. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L. 2016 No. 119, p. 1 as amended).

Basis and Purpose for processing your personal data: Your data are processed for the purpose of making an offer or performing a contract. Legal basis: the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1025 as amended), the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 683 as amended). Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.

Who has access to your personal data: Entities providing company accounting services, entities providing company legal services, authorised employees and contractors, entities transporting the product and providing payment services. We do not transfer your data outside of Poland/EU/European Economic Area.

How long we keep your personal data: we keep your personal data for a period of 6 years in order to recognise your claims or provide you with after-sales service.

Your rights, i.e. you have: The right to access your data and to receive a copy of your data, the right to rectify (amend) your data, the right to request erasure of your data, the right to request restriction of data processing, the right to object on grounds of particular situation, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to data portability.
